Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the vidaexperts.co.uk website and the will-writing services provided by Vida Experts, a trading name of Ballestra Advice LTD (registered in England and Wales, company number 13629368).

1. About us

Vida Experts is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice in the way a solicitor would. We are a member of the Society of Will Writers (SWW) and prepare wills in accordance with SWW standards and English law.

2. Our services

We help you prepare a legally valid will for use in the United Kingdom, through an online questionnaire, a consultation with a specialist, and document preparation. We do not currently provide advice on assets or estates located outside the United Kingdom.

3. Pricing and payment

The initial registration and questionnaire are free of charge. Fees apply if you choose to proceed with the preparation of your will, and will be clearly communicated to you before you are asked to pay anything.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase our services online or by phone, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, unless you have expressly requested that we begin work sooner and that work has already been completed.

5. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the questionnaire and consultation. We are not liable for errors in your will arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you have provided to us.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at support@vidaexperts.com in the first instance. As a member of the Society of Will Writers, we follow the SWW complaints procedure; if we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to the SWW.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Contact
